1. Nature of Services & Delivery Method

Hegab Academy is a medical education and clinical research platform providing digital continuing education services, surgical lecture series, and hands-on clinical workshops.

• Instant Access: Upon successful completion of online payment via payment gateway or instant confirmation, access to the purchased course is activated immediately (within seconds).
• Access Location: You can start learning right away by navigating to your Student Dashboard → My Courses.
• Access Period: Access is provided for the duration specified on the course enrollment page (typically lifetime or for the active duration of your membership).

• Digital Pass & Ticket: Immediately after booking, a digital seat confirmation with a unique QR code ticket is issued and available in your student portal under My Tickets.
• Email Confirmation: A booking confirmation containing full venue directions, timing, and preparation instructions is sent automatically to your registered email address.
• Admission: Present your digital pass or QR code on your mobile device at the check-in desk on the day of the workshop.

• Digital Issuance: Once course requirements or workshop attendance criteria are fulfilled, your official certificate is generated in high-resolution PDF format.
• Online Verification: Each certificate carries a tamper-proof verification URL and QR code that can be verified publicly at /verify-certificate.
