By creating an account, enrolling in a course, reserving a workshop seat, or browsing Hegab Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each student account is personal to the registered practitioner and may not be shared, transferred, or accessed concurrently by multiple users.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course lectures, surgical recordings, clinical slides, high-definition anatomical illustrations, and written materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Prof. Dr. Ayman Hegab and Hegab Academy, protected under Egyptian and international copyright laws.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are explicitly listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment is processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners. We reserve the right to modify course prices or offer promotional discounts at our discretion without retroactive obligation.
5. Medical Educational Disclaimer
The materials and surgical protocols demonstrated on Hegab Academy are provided for professional educational and clinical training purposes. They are intended for qualified dental practitioners and maxillofacial surgeons and do not substitute for individual clinical assessment and patient diagnosis.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
